For more than two decades The Rockin' R Ranch has been the favorite field trip sites for kids preschool to 6th grade. Our Field trips are a great for that age group. We start out at around 9:30am and we end around 12 noon. Here the children and adults will relive Arizona's history with real cowboys and cowgirls as they experience first-hand the music and fun of life in an old west town. They'll pan for gold, try the old water pump, and learn to rope a steer. Then they'll visit the blacksmith and take a horse-drawn wagon ride as well as see an Indian village where they learn to grind corn and speak Native American sign language. Next they participate in a foot-stompin', hand-clappin', western stage show with songs and humor of the old west!
